Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French consumer law, you have 30 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

Free Returns

To offer you a worry-free shopping experience, LaMartine covers return shipping costs throughout the withdrawal period across mainland France. No fees will be charged.

How to Return an Item

For any return request, please contact us via our contact form. We will send you a prepaid return label along with the return instructions.

Returned items must be sent back complete, unused, undamaged and, where applicable, in their original packaging to allow resale.

If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning, a deduction from the refund may be applied if depreciation is observed.

Defective or Non-Conforming Product

If the product received is defective or does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form and include photographs of the item. In this case, your request will be handled under the legal conformity guarantee. No fees will be charged for bringing the product into compliance.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method, unless another refund method is expressly agreed upon.
